About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle
Monitor shelf and assortment
Expose campaigns and search for best store locations
Perform required administrative tasks
Optimize use of point-of-sale materials
Create exposure in stores
Build a world-class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business at the retail level
Stock Nabisco products and build and maintain displays
Move products from customer store backrooms and stock shelves
Maintain full-shelf conditions and neatly merchandise displays and shelves
Build point-of-sale displays throughout stores
Rotate products on shelves
Create and hang accurate price tags and point-of-sale materials
Establish and maintain communication with store personnel and Mondelēz team members
Provide outstanding customer service
Maintain an efficient and accurate merchandising service schedule
Drive to multiple customer stores throughout each shift
Identify store-level selling opportunities and communicate them to appropriate Mondelēz personnel
Identify and communicate individual store problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
Must live within 25 miles of the primary location, New Braunfels, TX
Flexibility to work the established schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Flexible work schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., and pushing/pulling over 100+ lbs.
Ability to use ladders occasionally
Ability to stand and stock shelves using repetitive hand/arm motions throughout the entire shift
Ability to unpack 100 or more cases of Nabisco product
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations
Previous merchandising experience preferred
Experience utilizing a hand pallet jack and pushing/pulling U-Boat carts preferred
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Internet, and cellular/wireless devices
