About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full-time availability
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Hendersonville, Tennessee
- Availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Ability to start at 7:00 a.m.
