About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
- Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Construct promotional displays
- Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays
- Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
- Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
- Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Fort Wayne, IN
- Schedule availability required: Tuesday-Saturday
- Start time: 06:00 AM
