About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store floors and shelves
Bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and other Mondelēz snacks to life in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Santa Barbara, CA
Schedule availability required: Monday through Friday with weekends as required, 5 am start time
