About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays
Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order shelf and display product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
Communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Minneapolis, MN
Open availability, including at least one weekend day
Start time availability from 06:00 AM to 08:00 AM
