About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays
- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, and move products while maintaining safety and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Hurst, TX
- Availability to work 5 days a week including Saturday
- Availability to start at 6 a.m. and work 40 hours each week
