About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of product display and organization strategies at points of sale
Organize and restock products on shelves
Check expiration dates and ensure accurate pricing
Assist with collecting products that are past their expiration date
Support the setup of merchandising materials, including displays, islands, and endcaps
Monitor inventory at the point of sale
Record basic information on out-of-stocks, competitors, market research, and photos
Organize merchandise for inventory counts
Support the in-store merchandiser
Provide support to the merchandiser or area supervisor
Develop practical merchandising knowledge and prepare for future merchandiser opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in developing skills in merchandising, strategic product display, store relationships, and retail execution
Availability to work 100% on-site in Curitiba, PR
Must meet the requirements for an apprenticeship under a fixed-term contract
