About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop high-impact, cost-effective in-store marketing, pre-pack displays, and point-of-buying materials aligned with Mondelēz Global NA business strategies
  • Participate in annual planning for national and customer-specific POS, display, PPD/shipper calendars
  • Manage financial and product supply information related to planning calendars
  • Serve as business owner and project manager for PRD and shipper programs in assigned product categories
  • Track financial implications of display programming on company P&L
  • Manage display, PRD, and shipper development, including vendor briefings and structural development
  • Establish program budgets and feasibility, including margin and ROI analysis
  • Manage two-bid procurement pricing and RFPs for new structure designs
  • Manage Demand Planning forecast inputs and investigate oversell/undersell issues
  • Co-manage critical-path production timelines and third-party vendor management, including production timing and quantities
  • Co-manage finished-goods inventory based on program sell-through and windows
  • Co-manage graphic design development and approval, ensuring graphics meet in-store marketing commitments
  • Develop and publish sales materials for the national PPD/shipper calendar
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Brand Management, Production Planning, Merchandising, Product Supply/Demand Planning, Shopper Marketing, and vendor representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Packaging, or Graphic Design preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in pre-pack display design, production, process, and materials, ideally in the CPG industry
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated expertise in reading and understanding dielines, print specifications, and paperboard types and specifications
  • Understanding of proper use of multiple print material substrates
  • Knowledge of multiple material production processes
  • General knowledge of graphics and shopper communication development required
  • Vendor and project management capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills, including organizing and prioritizing workloads and directing timelines
  • Problem-solving and collaboration skills, with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to understand P&L to determine project feasibility
  • Minimal travel
