About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in stores as the face of its iconic snack brands
- Serve store teams and shoppers with outstanding customer service
- Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence standards
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while following safety and compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years of age
- Valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with weekends as required
- Availability for a 5 am start time
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Oxnard, CA
- Ability to work at a military base facility requiring federal identification access
