About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize sales with customers by maximizing in-store visibility of products
- Deliver field KPIs and annual objectives
- Carry out in-store visits according to the Mondelez visit method
- Fill Mondelez IMPULSE products, including gum and candy, in checkouts and designated impulse-product locations
- Follow checkout implementation guidelines and report issues to Mondelez sales representatives and store employees
- Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra-visibility actions
- Follow daily route planning prepared by the operations team
- Optimize seasonal sales and occasionally support seasonal in-store visibility campaigns
- Represent Mondelēz International with store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to achieve set goals
- Good communication and ability to share information
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Federal Way, WA
- Availability to work 1 weekend day
