About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via the Digital Merchandising Initiative (DMI)
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager (RTM)
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce
Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull products from stockrooms to store floors and shelves

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Lebanon, PA
Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Thurs & Sat
