About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers
Execute scheduled store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles
Capture display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull products from stockrooms to store floors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, US passport, or federal ID
Valid REAL ID driver's license, US passport, or federal ID required to access the military base facility
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Palm Bay, FL
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Start time: 8am
