About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez visit method
- Fill Mondelez IMPULSE products in checkouts and dedicated in-store impulse locations
- Follow checkout implementation plan guidelines
- Inform the Mondelēz sales representative and store employee about issues
- Fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra-visibility actions in stores
- Follow daily route planning prepared by the operations team
- Optimize seasonal sales and support seasonal campaign visibility
- Represent Mondelēz International in stores
- Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility
- Stock products from stock rooms onto store shelves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to achieve set goals
- Good Communication and ability to share information
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Pullman, WA
- Schedule availability required: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Start Time: 6:00 am
