About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers
Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and retail team via Salesforce
Safely perform physical merchandising work, including lifting, bending, and moving products from stockrooms to store floors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Jackson, TN
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Start time: 7am
