About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display maintenance or change-outs
Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture display photos
Order products via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to maintain in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines
Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Lapeer, MI
Availability Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Availability to start at 06:00 AM
Ability to work 20–25 hours per week
