About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
  • Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
  • Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
  • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
  • Implement promotional displays and comply with negotiated plans
  • Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
  • Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
  • Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
  • Move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves while following safety and compliance practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Santa Ana, CA
  • Availability Monday through Saturday, starting by 6 am
  • Availability for 25–35 hours per week
