About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce
Safely lift, bend, move, and stock products from stockroom to store floor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: McMinnville, OR
Availability Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, starting at 6:00 AM; holidays as needed
