Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display changes
Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Conduct in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps and capture display pictures
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines
Verify negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Ellensburg, WA
Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed
Availability for a 5:00–7:00 AM start time
Must be able to work a schedule that may change based on business needs
