About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, including backroom receivers
- Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and retail team via Salesforce
- Safely lift, bend, move, push, and pull products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Stephenville, TX)
- Schedule availability required Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday; start by 5 am; 15–20 hours per week
