About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines
- Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed
- Communicate issues with Mondelēz' management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location East Lansing, MI
- Schedule availability required: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
- Start time: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- Availability for 20-25 hrs/wk
