Part-time Merchandiser

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute store visits according to DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
- Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
- Safely perform the physical duties of moving and stocking products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Oakland, CA
- Schedule availability beginning at 6 am; days vary according to business need and may include weekends
- Availability for 20 hours per week
