About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in stores and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
- Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores
- Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Worcester, MA
- Schedule availability required: Sun, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat
