About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out in-store visits according to the Mondelez visit method
- Fill Mondelez IMPULSE products (gum and candy) in checkouts and designated impulse-product locations
- Follow checkout implementation plans and ensure competition is respecting them
- Inform the Mondelēz sales representative and store employee of issues
- Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra-visibility actions
- Follow daily route planning prepared by the operations team
- Optimize seasonal sales and support seasonal in-store visibility campaigns
- Represent Mondelēz International before store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
- Physically move products from stock rooms to the store floor and stock store shelves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to achieve set goals
- Good communication and ability to share information
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Bellingham, WA
- Schedule availability required: 1 weekend day availability
