About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute store visits according to DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
Implement promotional displays and comply with negotiated plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
Safely move products from stockrooms to store floors and stock shelves

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Denver, CO
Schedule availability up to five days per week, including possible weekends; start by 6 am; 25 hours per week
