About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles
- Capture display photos through the digital merchandising initiative (DMI)
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
- Implement promotional displays according to negotiated plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
- Lift, bend, and move products while maintaining safety and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Trexlertown, PA
- Availability required on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
