About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute scheduled store visits according to DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel
- Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards
- Implement promotional displays according to negotiated plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce
- Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products while moving merchandise from stockroom to sales floor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid REAL ID driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides, US passport, or federal ID
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Chesapeake, VA
- Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
