About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, and move products while stocking shelves and moving products from stock rooms to store floors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Twin Falls, ID
- Schedule availability: 5:00 AM start time; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday, Friday; occasional Saturday and Holidays
