About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence
- Capture display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, and move product while maintaining safety and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Weatherford, OK)
- Schedule availability required: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday; start by 5 am, 15-20 hours per week
