About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed
Communicate issues to Mondelēz' management team
Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Fayetteville, AR
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Start by 05:00 AM
Availability for 15-20 hours per week
