About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of iconic snack brands
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits according to DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, and move products while stocking shelves and transferring inventory from stockrooms to store floors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, US passport, or federal ID
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Jacksonville Beach, FL
Monday-Friday schedule availability required
