About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, develop, and execute strategic projects related to technical development and CAPEX investments
Define and implement investment and technical programs
Develop investment budgets in line with the contract and projected cash flow
Support the execution of investment projects and ensure their quality and outcomes
Lead technical projects from A to Z, including new construction, revamping, new automated lines, robotics, technical modifications, and continuous improvement
Identify and deploy advanced automation, SCADA/MES supervision, industrial IoT, and data analytics solutions
Contribute to feasibility studies and the technical development of Supply Chain CAPEX projects
Support industrial growth, production quality, and productivity while meeting safety, quality, and environmental requirements
Apply and promote project methodologies, business processes, Group standards, and digital manufacturing best practices
Coordinate and report to the technical teams at the relevant sites
Encourage the sharing of best practices and the development of expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Cutting-edge technical expertise in engineering disciplines
Project management skills
Ability to optimize work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
2 to 10+ years of experience in an industrial environment, in project management, automation, or maintenance
Strong technical background and a strong hands-on orientation
Strong interest in digital technologies and industrial automation
Multidisciplinary technical skills, including automation, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, pneumatics, and more
Willingness to travel between multiple production sites
Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders
Fluent English in an international environment
