About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fulfill merchandising needs of grocery-related customers by stocking shelves and building and maintaining displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ visit method
- Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
- Ensure sales representatives’ negotiations with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
- Follow daily route planning prepared by the operations team
- Represent Mondelēz International in stores and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Maintain a professional, positive, and upbeat attitude in stores
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull products
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Blaine, MN
- Schedule availability required: Tuesday-Saturday
- Start time 6-7am
