About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure projects are successfully completed on time and on budget
Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodology and tools
Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project-level risks
Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings
Lead stakeholder meetings
Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization
Confirm project completion, consistency, and readiness to go live
Manage relationships with external vendors and quality assurance throughout project delivery
Monitor daily UAT execution and identify overdue, blocked, unstarted, or action-pending tests
Follow up with SMEs and testers on pending activities, blockers, and deadlines
Coordinate test assignments, schedules, and tester availability
Track actions, decisions, blockers, and delivery dates
Monitor missing evidence and incomplete test records
Coordinate retesting activities after fixes are available
Support SME check-ins and UAT meetings with agendas, action tracking, and follow-ups
Maintain UAT trackers, documentation, and repositories
Support qTest administration and data completeness
Escalate execution delays, capacity constraints, and emerging risks to the Test Lead
Coordinate operational activities across regions and maintain execution discipline

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience with project management methodologies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution levels through steering committee members
Excellent project planning skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks and mitigations while managing strict timelines
Strong focus on project delivery cost, schedule, and quality
Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to positively influence decision-making
Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with a passion for problem-solving
Fluent English
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience leading projects and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), with a strong ability to mobilize people to complete actions on time
Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Brasília time
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
