Key responsibilities & impact

Support sourcing for spend categories, including sourcing execution and stakeholder management
Maximize total value of ownership for the organization
Collaborate with local business and global spend category teams to share best practices and drive value
Create value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash, and productivity programs
Ensure compliance with policies, strategies, and processes
Develop and deploy sourcing strategies
Manage ongoing supplier relationships and the supply base
Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage
Build programs with the business and suppliers incorporating best practices, market insights, risks, and opportunities
Set a clear vision and deliver ambitious plans that engage teams and stakeholders
Source packaging materials
Harness generative AI for predictive spend analytics, automated contract review, and market intelligence
Drive end-to-end digital sourcing through digital platforms
Create insight-driven procurement dashboards for data-backed decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Procurement experience across different markets
Future-focused mindset, curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation
Strategic sourcing and risk management experience
Business and financial understanding, including how procurement contributes financial value to profit and loss
Experience leading and developing teams in a multicultural environment
Organizational agility and ability to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with senior leaders
Business agility
Negotiation skills
Forward-thinking strategic mindset
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience, including 5 years in procurement
5 years of experience in sourcing and packaging desired
3+ years of experience in project management and stakeholder management required
Generative AI for predictive spend analytics, automated contract review, and market intelligence
Digital sourcing platforms, RFx workflows, supplier evaluations, and e-Auctions
Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Availability for domestic and international travel to the US, Canada, and Mexico (10% of time)
