About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain regional demand plans by aggregating inputs from field teams, marketing, and sales
  • Coordinate supply plans with manufacturing and distribution partners to balance capacity and inventory
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Contribute to the S&OP process by presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Monitor inventory levels and service performance to optimize stock availability and reduce obsolescence
  • Collaborate with procurement to translate demand signals into supplier orders
  • Create scenario analyses for potential disruptions and contingency options
  • Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting key supply chain metrics for leadership
  • Participate in a rotation covering demand forecasting, production scheduling, supply planning, and inventory management strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
  • Preferred expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International
  • Strong leadership potential and student leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience
