Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Define project scope and objectives, involve relevant stakeholders, and provide technical feasibility
Define project teams and assign roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
Map project scope and dependencies across all teams
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution and timely deliverables
Manage plan implementation with a focus on delivery quality
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report regularly on project progress and escalate issues to management
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain third-party/vendor relationships
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Close projects using appropriate closure processes
Contribute to continuous improvement in the PMO

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of equivalent project management experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects in the IT / Telecom / Start-up/ Media space
University degree
Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects, preferably in an international environment
Experience working with traditional IT/Technology /Telecom projects with virtual teams – agile projects are a plus
Strong analytics understanding to build project charters that prioritise activities that deliver the biggest business impact
Strong understanding of both business as well as technology stakeholder requirements
Excellent knowledge of how the collaboration between Software Development, Testing, Business Analysts, and Project Management takes place in an agile work environment
Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise work efficiently, and good team orientation
Experience in gather and formulating technical and business requirements
Excellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem-solving), able to handle complex analyses
Excellent JIRA and MS-Office knowledge
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
