About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems
Participate in technical decision-making and mentor other teams
Contribute to the platform's architecture and development
Architect, design, build and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js
Develop robust, scalable backend systems using Node.js and NestJS
Design and optimize RESTful APIs for high performance, security, and reliability
Communicate regularly with the engineering manager, QA teams, and other developers regarding progress on the technology roadmap
Drive technical initiatives and mentor team members
Leverage AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation workflows
Conduct code reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in software development with a focus on full stack roles
BS in Engineering or Computer Science
Proficiency in Web Frontend Development with Vue.js and strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Proficiency in Node.js for building scalable and secure backend services
Proficiency in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Demonstrated experience in using AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q/Kiro, prompt engineering, AI-augmented testing
Familiarity with AWS services is preferred
Experience with other cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures is a plus
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases
