About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate the work of the CEO across Pockit, Monese and his wider business portfolio
- Manage the CEO’s full business and personal diary, including travel arrangements when needed
- Support personal and family-related administration
- Handle confidential information discreetly
- Optimise the CEO’s itinerary and prioritisation with the wider executive team
- Support executive-team meeting arrangements, logistics and events
- Prepare documents, papers and correspondence for the CEO
- Support meeting minutes, board meeting preparation and administrative tasks
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including investors
- Support the Chief of Staff with the monthly All Hands meeting
- Coordinate visitors, meeting arrangements and catering
- Manage office administration, meeting logistics and the co-working environment
- Coordinate London People Team initiatives, including social events, awareness days, charitable activities and recognition schemes
- Support ad-hoc business projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- C-Suite experience, including a direct one to one relationship with a CEO or equivalent
- Exposure to a start-up/scale up environment
- Proficient with investor relationships and extensive external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous accuracy
- Outstanding organisational skills to manage time sensitive issues
- Proven experience coordinating events, large or small, localised or further afield
- First rate experience in Microsoft and Google suite products
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure and to deadlines
- Flexible toward working hours; able to accommodate out of hours, on occasion
