About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation
  • Build and maintain analytical data models that are performant, scalable, and reliable
  • Contribute to incremental decommissioning of legacy components while ensuring data continuity
  • Contribute to AI-powered capabilities of the Data Platform
  • Share best practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing
  • Work closely with analysts, software engineers, and product teams to solve complex data problems and deploy ML/AI applications
  • Promote best practices and positively impact the data culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering roles
  • BSc or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience in fintech / wealth management
  • Deep proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Meaningful experience with Airflow and DBT
  • Strong experience with Redshift; BigQuery is a plus
  • Experience with AWS
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
  • Comfortable integrating AI tooling in daily work
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, also with non technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business requirements into well-designed data solutions
  • Comfortable working in iterative environments balancing quality and delivery
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • CV must be uploaded in English
