About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and assess mortgage applications for various clients, taking all risks into account
  • Analyze credit applications, identify risks, and make well-founded decisions
  • Coordinate and collaborate with employees of external sales partners such as MoneyPark and other brokers
  • Provide telephone advice to borrowers
  • Optimize processes and make credit approval more efficient
  • Take on the secondary review of credit applications as you gain more experience in the mortgage business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit assessment and/or the mortgage business
  • Strong numerical acumen and a good eye for risks and opportunities
  • Fluent in Italian and German; additional national languages are an advantage
  • Team player – reliable, self-directed, and proactive
  • Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills and tact when dealing with customers and partners
