Work closely with engineering teams to communicate what Moniepoint is building to expert engineering audiences
Translate engineering work and learnings into high-quality technical narratives
Develop content capable of earning respect in engineering communities and acceptance at top-tier conferences
Create narratives that attract exceptional engineers from around the world
Independently investigate engineering projects and identify compelling technical breakthroughs or lessons
Build technical content around engineering insights without requiring explicit instruction
Conduct technical interviews
Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid background in computer science or software engineering
Written and shipped code professionally
Understanding of modern system architectures
Ability to deeply engage with complex technical concepts
Experience within fintech, infrastructure, distributed systems, or high-scale engineering environments
Ability to read codebases and interpret technical documentation
Ability to articulate intricate technical trade-offs and ideas clearly and accessibly
Ability to independently identify compelling technical breakthroughs or lessons and build content around them
Firsthand understanding of credible, shareable technical content for engineering communities
Ability to manage multiple projects, technical interviews, and deadlines independently in a fully remote environment
Active engineering or open-source involvement, developer community presence, technical blog, open-source contributions, or engineering conference speaking experience is a strong plus
Developer Relations or technical community management experience is a strong plus
Experience drafting accepted conference abstracts/proposals (CFPs) is a strong plus
Experience with technical video scripts, technical teardowns, or creative production teams is a strong plus
