About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and architecture of POS terminal solutions
Ensure security, scalability, performance, and integration with hardware and payment systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 8 years of experience in system design, architecture, and development, specifically in the POS terminal domain
Strong expertise in Android Native development (Java/Kotlin)
Deep understanding of Android-based POS terminal solutions
Experience in cross-platform mobile development such as Flutter
Familiarity with C and JavaScript for POS application platforms is a plus
Strong knowledge of EMV security protocols, including chip-based transactions, encryption, and key management
Experience integrating hardware for POS devices, including card readers, pin pads, printers, and other peripherals
Deep understanding of payment systems architecture, including payment processors and gateways
Knowledge of software quality assurance principles and their application in financial systems
Ability to manage complex system interactions and adapt to changing requirements
Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Leadership abilities focused on mentoring engineers and driving process improvements
