  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Market
  • Oversee people, processes, and systems supporting care delivery, growth, and talent
  • Manage delegated aspects of the Market P&L

  • Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to deliver quality patient care and positive patient and staff experiences
  • Represent the Market in Monthly Operating Reviews
  • Champion change, implement strategic priorities, optimize operations, and drive culture
  • Directly supervise Market Clinical and Operations team members
  • Develop and present Monthly Operating Reviews
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Market, Region, and Enterprise teams
  • Develop reports, data analyses, and root-cause analyses for Market KPIs and trends
  • Lead clinical operations coordination among Market, Region, and centralized stakeholders
  • Drive new patient engagement and established patient retention/disengagement targets
  • Collaborate with Call Center, Marketing, Provider Engagement, and Community Outreach leaders on growth plans
  • Monitor operational metrics and P&L
  • Oversee scheduling systems, processes, and performance
  • Manage staff capacity, productivity, visit cadence, and quality against the care model
  • Prioritize risk-visit frequency for high-risk and high-opportunity patients
  • Ensure delivery of patient- and provider-facing evidence-based care plans
  • Ensure integrity, timeliness, and quality of clinical documentation in EMRs
  • Manage, monitor, and report Market compliance risks and issues
  • Supervise Advance Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and Market Administrative Coordinators
  • Coach and develop team members through skip-level meetings and regular 1:1s
  • Support talent acquisition, interviewing, and hiring
  • Onboard and train field-based team members
  • Manage staffing against budget, workforce planning, and workforce management
  • Lead bi-annual in-person team-building and facilitated learning sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in AL
  • Experience supervising nurses, nurse practitioners, and social workers
  • Experience partnering with physicians to drive results
  • Proven accountability for performance and driving results
  • Ability to multitask and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities
  • Ability to use, interpret, and draw conclusions from large data sets
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)/Care Management Platform experience required
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of previous experience working in Managed Care or Delegated Risk Partnerships
  • Experience managing a high-risk patient population and leading clinical staff in care management, managed care, and/or home health environments preferred
  • MBA, MHA, or similar degree a plus
