Key responsibilities & impact

Complete an intensive 3–4 month training program covering IT fundamentals, enterprise virtualization, Kubernetes, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), data protection and infrastructure automation
Follow official VMware certification paths
Support the implementation of Cloud Computing solutions for Private Cloud
Take part in the preparation of project documentation
Assist customers through managed services or on-site consulting
Help solve complex problems in critical environments
Join customer projects alongside the senior team after training
Support the ongoing operation of private cloud solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Up to 2 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure (e.g., systems administration, networking, virtualization or data center environments)
Recent graduates and candidates with demonstrable hands-on work, such as a home lab, are welcome
Solid IT fundamentals
Interest in learning and taking part in innovative projects
Proactive and confident attitude, as well as analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to work in a team and customer orientation
Confident handling of Linux and Windows systems and IP networks
Knowledge of CLI, scripting, server hardware and virtualization
University degree or vocational training diploma in IT, computer science or telecommunications, or equivalent self-taught training with demonstrable fundamental knowledge
Fluent Spanish
English at B2 level or higher
Ability to work/live in Spain
Some hands-on experience with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions, such as VMware VCF, ideally for experienced people
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, such as Site Recovery Manager, ideally for experienced people
Knowledge of VMware networking solutions, such as NSX, ideally for experienced people
Knowledge of data center automation (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, etc.), ideally for experienced people
Ability to work in accordance with ITIL recommendations and/or agile methodologies
