About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent clients in contested probate matters, including will contests, trust disputes, estate administration issues, and guardianship disputes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in probate and estate litigation, focused on contested probate matters
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion and interest in sensitive elder-law work
- Enjoys talking with and helping people
- Comfort with computers, email, the internet, and learning new computer programs
