About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve enterprise infrastructure architectures for hybrid and multicloud environments
- Support cloud adoption, evolution, and migration strategies
- Define architectural standards for Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Support the definition and evolution of Landing Zones
- Establish guidelines for multicloud architectures
- Support Cloud Governance and FinOps initiatives
- Define architectures and standards for OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Support the evolution of enterprise virtualization environments, including Nutanix and VMware
- Define strategies for Infrastructure as Code and standards for Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, and ArgoCD
- Define architectures focused on high availability and resilience
- Support Disaster Recovery, Corporate Backup, Capacity Planning, and Business Continuity strategies
- Define guidelines for infrastructure observability and support the use of Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Zabbix
- Promote integration between on-premises and cloud environments
- Support infrastructure platform automation and evolution initiatives
- Prepare and review architecture documents, standards, models, and artifacts
- Evaluate solutions based on architecture, scalability, availability, security, resilience, and operational efficiency
- Act in a consultative capacity with infrastructure, cloud, and platform teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mandatory knowledge of Cloud Computing, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Landing Zones, multicloud architectures, FinOps, and Cloud Governance
- Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Nutanix, VMware, and enterprise virtualization
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, and ArgoCD
- Knowledge of high availability, Disaster Recovery, corporate backup, Capacity Planning, and Business Continuity
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Zabbix
- Experience defining architectures for hybrid environments
- Experience with cloud migration projects
- Experience in the architecture and operation of enterprise OpenShift environments
- Experience in infrastructure governance
- Experience integrating on-premises and cloud environments
- Experience with observability- and automation-oriented architectures
- Experience with projects involving multicloud environments
- Experience with high-availability and business continuity strategies
- Experience automating and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Preferred: experience in large-scale enterprise environments, Azure and AWS, OpenShift/Kubernetes, FinOps, Cloud Governance, Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, ArgoCD, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, automation, and observability
