About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop data pipelines in Python for ingesting and processing large volumes of information, including time-series data, financial data, and public policy indicators
Design advanced architectures for relational databases (PostgreSQL) supporting financial transactions and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for unstructured data
Develop routines for data cleansing, anonymization, and enrichment
Ensure database integrity and performance under high concurrency
Create intelligent dashboards (BI) using industry-standard tools
Serve as a technical specialist in integrating complex data from heterogeneous sources and formats
Ensure compatibility and information integrity across different systems
Create logical and physical data models, including primary and foreign keys, indexes, and views
Work with data visualization, data mining, and ETL tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed higher education (technology degree, bachelor's degree, and/or lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology
Experience as a Senior Data Analyst and with agile development
Advanced Python skills for data engineering
Knowledge of PostgreSQL
Knowledge of MongoDB
Knowledge of DAX (Power BI)
Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering best practices
Familiarity with Elastic (Elasticsearch), statistics, agentic AI, and machine learning is desirable
