About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take responsibility for the user experience of the solutions delivered by the Squad.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, Product Owner (PO), and clients throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Create prototypes.
  • Conduct solution benchmarking.
  • Perform usability testing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed higher education (undergraduate degree and/or lato sensu postgraduate qualification and/or stricto sensu postgraduate qualification) in Product Design, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design (UX).
  • Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Figma (required).
  • Miro (preferred).
  • Ability to create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and Design Systems.
  • Knowledge of componentization, Design Tokens, style guides, and component libraries is preferred.
