About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the wider production team on product showcases, e-commerce product photography shoots, social media campaigns, and internal culture videos
- Maintain the studio by organising, inventorying, and preparing cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Keep the studio clean, safe, and ready for use
- Organise and maintain props and wardrobe
- Prepare products for shoots, including unboxing and ensuring all required items are available
- Support production scheduling, basic call sheets, talent coordination, and location setups
- Assist on set with basic lighting setups and audio monitoring
- Provide general running support for camera operators and directors
- Uphold MOO’s brand style guidelines for consistent, technically and aesthetically remarkable photography
- Manage imagery files using Google Drive
Requirements
What you’ll need- Eagerness to learn
- Passion for photography, design and communication
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and hands-on attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with studio equipment, basic lighting setups, and audio recording gear
- Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot minor technical issues on set, and anticipate production team needs
- Previous experience in a creative studio or design environment would be beneficial (studio assistant or runner role)
