About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own top-priority MoonPay and partner projects end to end, from concept through delivery
- Lead creative for key launches and GTM campaigns, contributing original ideas and hands-on design
- Work across brand, product, motion, and AI video to deliver cohesive, multi-disciplinary work
- Partner with the Executive Creative Director to uphold Otherlife’s design standards and visual identity
- Mentor designers through design reviews, feedback, and guidance
- Collaborate with project managers, strategists, and developers for efficient delivery
- Present creative work to stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and AI workflows, and bring them into the team’s process
- Report to Executive Creative Director Nick Ace
- Provide guidance to 1–2 team members as a senior individual contributor
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a creative or digital agency, with a strong portfolio of high-profile work
- Experience working within web3, blockchain, fintech, AI or emerging tech companies
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects as a hands-on contributor
- Experience creating broadcast-quality advertisements using AI-driven design tools and traditional methods
- Strong command of branding, digital design, UX/UI, motion, and visual storytelling
- Experience with design systems and scalable visual frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative rationale to stakeholders and clients
- Strong organization and attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus familiarity with WebGL, GSAP, or Three.js
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
